Santa Cruz Bronson

Santa Cruz Bronson Top Tier Build

The lightest, spec’d out Bronson starts with a Carbon CC frame, Santa Cruz’s lightest carbon, with Reserve Carbon rims and i9 Hydra hubs. You’ll buzz past the competition on the fan-favorite Maxxis Minions. SRAM XX1 Eagle AXS decks out the drivetrain for the smoothest, most efficient shifting capability. A FOX 36 Float Factory fork gives you 160mm of travel, while a Rockshox Super Deluxe Ultimate rear shock lends to a plush and dynamic suspension. This build is designed to endure big hits and technical descents while keeping you light enough to get a good pedal in.

Santa Cruz Bronson Options

The Bronson Carbon R is perfect for crushing single track and its frame design dramatically improves handling while still preserving the maneuverability and rolling efficiency you expect. The base model is only a few pounds heavier than the lightest build option but offers a carbon foundation that balances durability and stiffness, the same as all of the Bronson build kits. A no-nonsense SRAM NX Eagle drivetrain and RaceFace AR Offset wheels add to the list of trusty components. The C R build kit has a WTB Saddle and Santa Cruz House Grips to give you the same touch points as more expensive builds.

The Santa Cruz Bronson playfully bridges the gap between a pure trail bike and a proper enduro bike. Designed for riders that don’t want to be limited by bike categories, the Bronson is ready to send at the bike park and can maintain pedal efficiency for weekend rides spent in the alpine.

With MX wheelsets, you get the best of both worlds––29” wheel in the front for stability and a 27.5” wheel in the back for maneuverability. The Bronson mullet wheelset is confidence inspiring and ready to party. The MX setup enhances the Bronson’s geometry for a more dynamic stance and an aggressive front end. (Note: all frame sizes come with MX wheelsets except XS, which comes with 27.5” front and rear).

Style, speed, and stability lend to a fun ride on the Santa Cruz Bronson. Take the Bronson to the bike park one weekend and charge down the infamous Ahab trail in Moab, Utah, the next. Jump lines, flow trails, techy steep descents and desert chunder are where the Bronson thrives. All that to say, the Bronson mullet wants to ride hard and party harder.
